By using Smart Leave Planner, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What the service is
Smart Leave Planner is a free planning tool that helps you plan leave around public holidays and weekends based on information you provide (your company's leave policy, holidays, and preferences). It runs in your browser and stores your plan data locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty, no professional advice
Smart Leave Planner is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It is a planning aid, not HR, legal, or professional advice. Public holiday dates and suggested leave plans may contain errors or become outdated; always confirm dates and your actual leave balance with your employer or the relevant official source before relying on them.
Your responsibility
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter or upload, and for how you use the plans the app generates. Since your data lives only in your browser, you're also responsible for backing it up (for example, via the app's share or export features) if you don't want to risk losing it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, Smart Leave Planner, including any decisions made based on the plans or holiday data it generates.
Changes
We may update the app or these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
